Returns are processed within 1-2 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Quickly and easily return your item(s) via e-mail along with order # and reasoning to start return process.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery or date of purchase to return your item(s)
after 2 days all returns will be processed back store credit
Can I exchange my items?
We can not guarantee the item your wanting to exchange will be I stock but if in stock, along with accordance to our return policy you may. You may return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.
What items are final sale?
All items ending in $.00, .96, .97, and .98, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and "Party Wear" (such as Halloween costumes) are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.
What else should I know in regards to returns & refunds?
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice this should already be discussed via e-mail if a return is wanting to be processed. If this is not done correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Return drop-offs are accepted at our Grand Island store front but must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
